Going to the gym soon, shall do a quick post.
I am super scared that I might die from a heart attack after my workout.
This anxiety always kick in…ever since I met up with Nav and Shaz
“Oh the people that die from exercise nowadays are all very fit you know”
Not saying that I am fit but yes, I get their point-
Dead are the runners/dragon-boaters or something like that.
Oh well. Going to run 6km again today.
It always make me feel very satisfied and proud of myself after completion…I’m off.
